Natasha is independent Employment Law Consultant. She has extensive experience of employment law and employment relations gained in diverse environments. She offers full range of employment law services to individuals, HR practitioners and business owners.

Her work involves: advising and drafting all employment documents (contracts, company policies etc.), advising on unfair dismissal claims; constructive dismissal, redundancy, takeovers and transfers of undertakings, termination of the contract at common law, discrimination and equal pay, compensation, protecting business secrets, advising on statutory controls on the contents of the contract such as working time regulations, maternity and paternity rights, flexible working, and the national minimum wage; drafting statements of terms and conditions, statements of fact, grievance letters, negotiating settlements, bringing a claim to ET, preparation of the claim, the response, attending case management hearing, pre-hearing reviews, representation in ET.



Every business is different. Natasha works closely with her clients to draft tailored employment contracts to suit their individual needs and understand the importance of having adequate policies in place. Working hand in hand with her clients to fully grasp their business needs, she produces bespoke policies and handbooks for our clients on an individual basis.



Natasha works closely with FA and FSS Licensed Players’ Agencies representing English and Foreign players as well as representing clubs around the world. She offers services including player and club representation. She believes in looking after our clients’ interests at all times. This includes contract negotiation and re-negotiation, day to day contact with players and their families, career advice and seeking potential clubs for our clients.
