I have extensive experience of employment law and employment relations gained in diverse environments. I offer full range of employment law services to individuals, HR practitioners and business owners.

I successfully help individuals on their own employment rights, regularly scrutinising contracts and giving guidance on tax implications. I also offer proactive solutions on any form of employment dispute, all the way to the prosecution of claims in employment tribunals.

My work involves: advising and drafting all employment documents (contracts, company policies etc.), advising on unfair dismissal claims; constructive dismissal, redundancy, takeovers and transfers of undertakings, termination of the contract at common law, discrimination and equal pay, compensation, protecting business secrets, advising on statutory controls on the contents of the contract such as working time regulations, maternity and paternity rights, flexible working, and the national minimum wage; drafting statements of terms and conditions, statements of fact, grievance letters, negotiating settlements, bringing a claim to ET, preparation of the claim, the response, attending case management hearing, pre-hearing reviews, representation in ET.
