Drafting business documents such as appointment of directors, directors’ registers, directors’ interest, board minutes, shareholders’ resolutions, service contracts, removal of directors, business sale agreements, company name change, appoint company secretary, company secretary duties, advising on director duties, company secretary duties, charity constitution. I have direct experience of working in the corporate environment, I understand the issues and pressures.
In the role of the Non-Executive Director (NED) I provide a creative contribution to the board by providing independent oversight and constructive challenge to the executive directors. I am appointed to the board to bring:

As ‘an outsider’, I have a clearer or wider view of external factors affecting the company and its business environment than the executive directors. My normal role in strategy formation is therefore to provide a creative and informed contribution and to act as a constructive critic in looking at the objectives and plans devised by the chief executive and the executive team.
